Up to 80% Discount for Investors at Organised Industrial Zones

By the No:11773 Cabinet Decision dated 14.05.2018, it was decided to allocate lands in organised indusrial zones to investors without charge or with discount according to the development level of districts.

According to the related decision, it is decided to allocate parcels in organised industrial zones in this manner:

1st level developed districts: Without any discount
2nd level developed districts: 40% discount
3rd level developed districts: 60% discount
4th level developed districts: 80% discount
5th & 6th level developed districts: Free of Charge

This implementation is planned to be in vigour for 3 years.
